So this is a few days late but whatever. Every year in Philly all the punk/metal bands split up and form cover bands. Not like the cover bands that are playing at the bar down the street from your house. This year bands covered Black Flag, Murphy’s Law, Discharge, The Misfits and some others. Awesome time. Jenkem played. They threw pigs blood, chicken feet, pigs balls, and a cows head around. Heres some pictures of the insanity. (All photos by Dianalee.)

Hav, I’m sorry. I haven’t blogged in like 7 months. Gabe has guilt tripped me into putting this up here. This video is from a few years ago in Australia. The back story(from what I understand. I’m hung over and not fact checking), is that some guy from the Kinks(?) decided to join the Hell Angels. Well, his former buddies weren’t too stoked about this so a brawl erupted at a kick boxing match. Apparently the cops were there the entire time staying out of the way. Can you really blame them? I know if I was a pig I wouldn’t be running into to stop a biker Braveheart battle. Make sure you watch this with the sound all the way up so you can hear the gun shots, followed by dishes breaking, followed by silly accents. Enjoy.

Back in December I wrote up a quick post about how the cops had raided a metal show I was at and yoked my boy up with a night stick outta nowhere while he was on stage.
About a week ago our own Vadim put up the post “The case for filming random people in public.”
